Spicy Beef & Cauliflower Rice Bowl (Keto & Paleo)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  • Sauté cauliflower rice in avocado oil, add coconut aminos, and cook 5 minutes.
  • Serve beef over cauliflower rice with avocado slices and cilantro.

Meal Prep Tip: Store beef and cauliflower rice separately, then mix before eating!
