Ingredients

chicken breasts, sliced

olive oil

pesto (store-bought or homemade)

coconut cream

zucchinis, spiralized
Instructions
Cook chicken in olive oil until browned, or when it's reached at least 165°F (75°C).
Stir in pesto and coconut cream, simmer for 3 minutes.
Toss in zoodles and cook 2 more minutes.
