Creamy Pesto Chicken with Zoodles (Keto & Paleo)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 zucchinis, spiralized

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken in olive oil until browned, or when it's reached at least 165°F (75°C).
  • Stir in pesto and coconut cream, simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Toss in zoodles and cook 2 more minutes.
