Cajun Salmon with Garlic Green Beans (Keto & Paleo)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Rub salmon with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
  • Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
  • Sauté green beans in avocado oil with garlic for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve salmon over green beans with a squeeze of lemon.
